Family Reunion

Families:
Kansas: Irvin and Rose Yeager with kids Anna, Wyle, Keely
Washington: Terry and Karen Nelson with grandson Hunter
Iowa: Lisa and Jordan Fuller with kids Derek and Nathan
Arizona: Renee Howard
Vernal: The Dotson's
Events:
Sealing of Nathan Moroni Fuller at the Bountiful temple on Tuesday.

River rafting down the Green River and fishing at Flaming Gorge on Wednesday.

Hiking Jones Hole, making homemade rootbeer, and roasting s'mores on Thursday.

The bigger boys had a fun time sleeping in the camp trailer.

We all had a fun time talking and playing with the kids and babies. Renee put together a fun craft for the girls and we were all so busy talking, cooking and taking care of little ones we hardly had time. We all wished for more time together and missed all the families that couldn't make it.

Up, up and away!

Lily has figured out how to get up on her hands and knees! I'm sure it's only a matter of time before she's crawling so fast I can't keep up with her.

Fence update

My fence is nearly complete! All that is left are the gates. Patrick and his Dad put in a VERY long day yesterday. Here's a picture of them working on it.

FENCE!!

Yay!!!! I'm so happy that my fence is finally getting put up and we can start on our back yard. Here are some pictures of the progress so far.
We got the land leveled off last saturday, and yesterday Patricks dad came up and they started by digging the post holes and setting the posts.

Birthday Cake

Everyone who knows Austin knows he's a skinny little guy, only 27 lbs. and nearly three years old. I think this picture helps to explain why. He's always loved to play with his food rather than eat it. This is his watermelon b-day cake he made with chinese noodles for candles, which he pretended to blow out.

My Favorite Things around the House

My favorite thing in the kitchen is... my dishwasher, I HATE doing dishes

My favorite thing in the bathroom is... tall counter height, it gives me more under the counter space and is more comfortable.

My favorite thing in the bedroom is... my huge walk in closest, it's nice to have a place for everything, extra blankets, suitcases, etc.

My favorite thing in the office is... i don't have one...but my favorite thing at Patricks office at is his work is all the cute pictures of the kids

My favorite thing in our yard is... ask me this in a week and it will hopefully, cross my fingers, be our new FENCE!

I'm tagging no one

Bee's!!!

The last couple of days it has finally been warm enough for the kids to play outside and they have taken to killing bees, or at least trying. I keep telling them that the bees won't bother them if they leave them alone, but them seem to think it would just be easier to kill them all. We don't have a yard yet, just weeds, dirt and rocks, and the bees love the little purple flowers. The funniest thing is that Austin tries to kill the bees with a broomstick (no broom)! He's pretty dangerous with it, but not towards the bees, towards his brother and anyone within his "whacking" distance. Sivai uses a slighly more effective large stick.
When a bee is spotted Sivai sounds the alarm, "torches, torches" and off they go screaming "whack the bees, whack the bees!!!" So far they have not been stung, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before their luck runs out, or is it my luck?
